The Dial
The dial is the heart of the design.
Its guilloché water-drop pattern began as a hand-turned creation, then perfected with precision CNC cutting for flawless symmetry.
Each dial is assembled by hand in Switzerland, with a triple-layered structure that gives real depth and subtle light play.
Hidden within the texture lies a secret inscription, visible only in the right light. A quiet signature for those who notice.
The Movement
Inside beats Calibre MA-19: an ETA 2824-2 Top Grade, taken much further for Monarte.
Each movement is regulated by hand in Switzerland and tested across six positions over 72 hours, until it keeps time to within two seconds a day.
We fit a Triovis fine regulator and KIF shock protection, trusted by the great Swiss watchmakers, and decorate the movement in full, even the parts you will rarely see.
It beats at 28,800 vibrations an hour, which gives the seconds hand its smooth sweep.
The Case
The case balances strength and elegance.
Brushed and polished surfaces shift under light, showing both purpose and grace.
At 11.4 mm thin, it wears comfortably yet feels carved from solid metal.
Every edge, bevel, and curve is finished to a point of harmony between form and function.
The Bracelet
Each link of the bracelet is milled from solid steel.
It gives the bracelet weight and a smooth, considered articulation on the wrist.
The tapering design flows naturally around the wrist, secured by a micro-adjust clasp for the perfect fit.
Finishing moves from satin to mirror polish, catching light with quiet refinement. Built for comfort, engineered for longevity.

Each Squid is assembled to order over roughly 15 to 18 days. We build few. Holding inventory would mean building faster than we are willing to.

Most pieces are built and shipped within 15 to 18 days of reservation. Glacier Blue is on pre-order: it is made in its first run, with delivery expected in the first quarter of 2027. Limited editions follow the batch they belong to; we will tell you the date before you commit.
A sapphire exhibition caseback, an 18k gold-plated rotor finished with Côtes de Genève and a Monarte engraving, blued screws, and a numbered piece out of fifty per colour.
Inside the EU, the price you see includes VAT. Outside the EU, no EU VAT is charged. Shipping is complimentary everywhere: DHL Express, fully insured, signed for on delivery.
