Warranty: Monarte Watches are covered by a 5-year international warranty from the purchase date, covering the movement, case, dial, hands, crown, and bracelet/strap. This warranty does not cover damages from mishandling, improper use, or normal wear-and-tear. Services by non-authorized third parties void the warranty. The warranty requires a completed card and matching serial number on the watch. Our warranty allows for a transfer to a new owner, maintaining the value and assurance of your investment.
Returns: We accept returns within 30 days for products in UNUSED, UNDAMAGED, and UNALTERED condition, with all original packaging and materials. To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected].
