Warranty & Returns Overview:
Warranty: Monarte Watches are covered by a 5-year international warranty from the purchase date, covering the movement, case, dial, hands, crown, and bracelet/strap. This warranty does not cover damages from mishandling, improper use, or normal wear-and-tear. Services by non-authorized third parties void the warranty. The warranty requires a completed card and matching serial number on the watch. Our warranty allows for a transfer to a new owner, maintaining the value and assurance of your investment.
Returns: We accept returns within 30 days for products in UNUSED, UNDAMAGED, and UNALTERED condition, with all original packaging and materials. To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected]. Customers are responsible for return shipping, which must be fully insured and securely packaged. Monarte Watches is not liable for shipping mishaps.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Pre-orders and products purchased at special discount rates are not eligible for refunds.
- Items that have been worn, used, resized, or altered in any way, including minor scratches or damages, cannot be returned for a refund.

Shipping & Liability: Purchases are shipped via different shipping methods with full insurance. For returns, we recommend a traceable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for damages or loss during shipping. The customer bears the return shipping costs.
