At Monarte Watches, we pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction. Our mission is to deliver unparalleled quality watches by using only the world’s best materials and meticulous design processes. Customer satisfaction is our paramount concern, and we stand firmly behind our Swiss-made products.
Warranty & Returns Overview:
Warranty: Monarte Watches are covered by a 5-year international warranty from the purchase date, covering the movement, case, dial, hands, crown, and bracelet/strap. This warranty does not cover damages from mishandling, improper use, or normal wear-and-tear. Services by non-authorized third parties void the warranty. The warranty requires a completed card and matching serial number on the watch. Our warranty allows for a transfer to a new owner, maintaining the value and assurance of your investment.
Returns: We accept returns within 30 days for products in UNUSED, UNDAMAGED, and UNALTERED condition, with all original packaging and materials. To initiate a return, contact us at info@monartewatches.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping, which must be fully insured and securely packaged. Monarte Watches is not liable for shipping mishaps.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Pre-orders and products purchased at special discount rates are not eligible for refunds.
- Items that have been worn, used, resized, or altered in any way, including minor scratches or damages, cannot be returned for a refund.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact us at info@monartewatches.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
- Upon receiving your return request, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.
- The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the item.
Return Process Timeline:
Upon agreement for a return, customers are expected to ship the item back within a specified timeframe to ensure prompt processing. Specifically, once a return is authorized, the item must be shipped back to Monarte Watches within 10 days. This ensures efficiency in our returns process and allows us to expedite any necessary actions on our end, including refunds or exchanges.
Unique Buyback Policy: Our commitment extends to a buyback program, offering to repurchase watches from our customers. The buyback value is determined after an evaluation based on the watch’s condition, market value, and other economic factors, showcasing our commitment to customer satisfaction and the enduring value of our watches.
Buyback Process:
- We will provide instructions on how to send your watch back for evaluation.
- Once we receive and evaluate the watch, we will make an offer based on our assessment. You are under no obligation to accept this offer.
Shipping & Liability: Purchases are shipped via different shipping methods with full insurance. For returns, we recommend a traceable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for damages or loss during shipping. The customer bears the return shipping costs.
Comprehensive Commitment: Monarte Watches combines these policies to ensure every customer receives not only a product of exceptional quality but also comprehensive support and service that exceed expectations. Our policies are crafted to reflect the values and commitments of Monarte Watches, guaranteeing satisfaction, confidence, and a lasting relationship with our brand.
For any queries, warranty service, return instructions, or information on our buyback program, please reach out to our dedicated customer service at info@monartewatches.com. Monarte Watches reserves the right to modify these policies at any time to better serve our customers and adapt to market standards.
